The fine dining restaurant at Montage Deer Valley declares itself a modern American steakhouse and features farm fresh seasonal ingredients. At lunch time, you’ll find hearty fare like Blue Bison Burger and chicken schnitzel. Among the highlights on the dinner menu are braised short ribs, sesame crusted ahi tuna and, of course, the wide variety of fine steak,  which can be accompanied by a half Maine lobster tail, seared foie gras or Alaskan King Crab Oscar.
