Shavi Lomi (Black Lion) is a staple in the Tbilisi restaurant scene. It serves eclectic Georgian cuisine with an emphasis on organic and seasonal ingredients. The menu has many traditional dishes crafted in a slightly elevated fashion by local celebrity chef Meriko Gubeladze. Shavi Lomi has a nice courtyard for outdoor seating when the weather permits.
