Indagare can arrange a visit and tasting at the home of chef Sopo Gorgadze and her husband Levan. The visit includes a brief tour of the production facility, which churns out 22 pounds of cheese daily. The highlight is Bona, a pasteurized goat cheese named for the pair’s first goat. Sopo and Levan also serve one of the best lunches in Kakheti.
