Named after the former statesman Carlos P. Romulo, this elegant restaurant serves traditional Filipino dishes, many of which showcases the owner’s family recipes. The black-and-white interiors feature contemporary local design and photographs of Ambassador Romulo’s legacy, which spanned a career serving eight presidents. A visit here is as much a glimpse into history as it is a taste of Philippine delicacies.
