This casual café is a local favorite and serves simple but delicious staples such as French toast at breakfast and Mahi burgers and fish n’ chips throughout the rest of the day. It also has a bakery.
The celebrated restaurants from Chef Nobu Matsuhisa’s have their Lanai outpost at the Four Seasons Lanai. Beyond sushi and sashimi preparations, memorable dishes may include lobster with wasabi pepper sauce.
The Four Seasons’ signature restaurant, where hotel guests also have breakfast, has a wonderful, breezy terrace with ocean views. The menu is prime surf and turf, with an amazing selection of seafood and hand-cut steaks, including Lanai venison (the island is home to a sizeable Axis deer population and hunting is a big pastime). Where possible, the seafood is sourced locally, like baked mahi mahi and seared Hawaiian snapper. The delicious desserts are prepared by the French patissier, who is also responsible for the flaky breakfast croissants.
Views at Manele Golf
Located at Manele Golf just five minutes by complimentary shuttle from the main resort, Views is a wonderful lunch option. Perched above the golf course, diners can take in views of both the perfectly manicured fairways and the sparkling ocean vistas from the flower dotted terrace while enjoying a fresh seafood-focused menu (the fish tacos are excellent). Like the resort, neutral tones and natural materials abound and lovely printed seat cushions upholstered in China Seas by Quadrille give the decor a charming sophistication. The only complaint is that the restaurant is not open for dinner.
