This Michelin-starred gastronomic gem is located in a well-heeled lakeside suburb, about a 15-minute drive from the heart of the city. Each of the tasting menu’s courses is exquisitely designed (even the bread basket is made to look like a Japanese Zen garden) and bursts with a mélange of flavors from lobster ravioli topped with basil foam to Fjord trout sprinkled with pomegranate seeds and Iberico pork atop black truffle flakes. A thoughtful evening here comes to a close with a treasure chest of chocolates. The elegant dining room feels sophisticated, decorated in a neutral color palette with soft leather-upholstered chairs and a vase of tulips atop each table.
