Taverna Trilussa

Set on a cobblestoned street in Trastevere, this authentic Roman restaurant is a great spot for sampling some of the city’s best pasta. Offering classics like carbonara, amatriciana, and cacio e pepe, Trilussa adds its own favorites to the menu, like the beloved ravioli. Many of the pastas are served in the iron pan in which they were cooked, and are pre-mixed with fresh Pecorino Romano cheese before being served. The atmosphere here is lively and local, and the best seats are in the garden.
