Based in Islington, London Fields and Victoria Park, this hip yet homely artisanal bakery and restaurant uses traditional techniques and the best seasonal ingredients to create delicious viennoiserie pastries, fresh pasta and exceedingly good coffee. It continues to have a huge cult following since its opening in 2017, and its exquisite laminated pastries are a sight to behold. The maple-bacon croissant is a customer favorite, whilst its picture-perfect pain au chocolat may be one of the best we’ve ever tasted.
