Nugolo’s limited menu is crafted around organic and seasonal ingredients. Much of the produce is sourced from the restaurant’s organic garden in Settignano, and the restaurant pulls that garden feel into its decor: tables are arranged around the open kitchen, which resembles a greenhouse with plants in the various corners and some of the tables covered by a pergola.
