Helmed by a Spanish chef, the pint-sized Marzapane serves spectacular Roman cuisine with an Iberian twist. The tiled dining room has just a handful of tables, where patrons can enjoy one of three tasting menus (fish, meat or mixed) or indulge in à la carte options including classics like carbonara as well as more inventive dishes, including risotto with anchovies and candied ginger and chimichurri lamb.
