After pop-ups in Mayfair and Soho, this vibrant nose-to-tail Italian-inspired restaurant has laid its roots in East London. The focus is on hearty dishes in the shape of whole-animal butchery, hand-rolled pastas and wood-fired breads. It even has its own in-house salumeria. The vibe is cozy, relaxing and utterly delicious. It’s incredibly popular with chefs, which is always a good sign.
