Our top tip here would be to visit early, as a lot of the Pedlar’s most popular bakes sell out fast. The legendary croissants, pain au chocolats and buttery kouign amanns are usually the first to go, but extraordinary specials—such as jalapeño and cheese swirls, gianduja crème pâtissière and cacao hazelnut streusels, topped with house-made liquid hazelnut praline—mean that no one leaves disappointed.
