Le Bon, la Butte

Though many restaurants in the hilltop village of Montmartre are tourist traps, Le Bon, Le Butte is a great option. A neo-bistro with all the trappings of a traditional spot, it is helmed by self-taught chef David Polin, who cooks delicious garlicky razor clams and melt-in-the-mouth Charolais steak. Not open for lunch Tuesday through Thursday.
