Coupling Israeli cuisine with unobstructed views of the East River and Manhattan skyline, Laser Wolf has become one of the most coveted reservations in New York City. Dinner is a simple three-course offering: a Salatim platter of hummus, babaganoush, an array of seasoned veggies and fluffy pita (don't skip out on the gigante beans), followed by grilled meats, fish or vegetables before finishing with a rotating selection of soft serve. There is no need to deviate from the set course; however from the a la carte menu, the stand-out item is date-harissa wings with tehina ranch. Someone at the table must order the shawarma-spiced cauliflower as a main, and be prepared to fight for the last bite.
Bar-seating and walk-in Wednesdays are great alternatives for when Resy is booked.
