In the hotel Maison Delano, home of the former hip Buddha-Bar hotel, is the buzzy new French-Andalusian restaurant, La Chambre Bleue, from celebrity chef Dani Garcia. The name, “The Blue Room,” is a nod to Picasso, a native of Malaga, much like the chef himself. Whether dining in the lovely Spanish-inspired dining room or the interior historic courtyard when the weather is nice, guests are transported to the Mediterranean from the first bite. The fish-focused menu features a diverse selection of paellas, and tuna and turbot for sharing.
