La Cave a Michel is one of Paris’s best and most authentic natural wine bars. Here, it is as casual as it gets, with bottles upon bottles lining the wall behind the bar. The bartender is ready to let you try anything before you make your choice and will walk you through the ins and outs of natural wines. There is some seating inside, but—just like Septime La Cave—people are often standing on the street in groups chatting and whiling the evening away with their glass in hand.
