Review
The Rome EDITION brings all the brand’s signature take modern, elegant but un-fussy luxury to Italy. The 74 guest rooms and 17 suites have a minimalistic design, with light wood walls and modern light fixtures, and bathrooms have an option of rain showers or soaking tubs.
Guests (and Roman locals alike) have five dining options on property. From Chef Paola Colucci, Anima serves modern Italian-Mediterranean cuisine (open for breakfast, lunch and dinner) in two dining rooms—one blue, one or chartreuse—or a terrace area. The Garden is a relaxed, and extremely lush, all-day dining terrace with a menu of light dishes served through the late evening. The Roof features fresh seafood offerings against the backdrop of Rome–open daily for lunch and late afternoon snacks. For libations, Punch Room is an award-winning speakeasy-inspired bar concept with a fireplace and sumptuous red interiors, and Jade Bar is a 12-seat cocktail bar with a limited range of seasonal, curated spirits.
The rooftop pool is an oasis above the Eternal City, available for hotel guests only. The gym and spa are both coming soon.
