The Lowell’s new bar, also named in honor of the Marrakech garden’s creator, offers up classic as well as more exotic cocktails—the latter flavored with orange blossom water, chocolate bitters and verbena— in a sleek, clubby room with oak-paneled walls, plush leather chairs and Moroccan-inspired votive candles.
