Short of being invited into a local’s home, Najd Village offers the best immersion into traditional Saudi culture and cuisine. Upon entering, you’ll be ushered through the door with dates and Saudi coffee before being led to your seats—diners have the option of sitting on the floor or at traditional tables. The restaurant is large, intended to evoke the feeling of a traditional Saudi village, and the food is authentic (as is the clothing worn by the staff). Expect mezzes and various meat, vegetable and rice plates.
