An unassuming building on a corner in Priorat’s biggest town, Falset, Kabbalah often deceives passersby into thinking it’s just another café. In fact, this is one of the best restaurants in the region. It is bright and airy and chic, with hanging light bulbs of different shapes (some of which spell words in the light). The menu changes regularly, sourcing primarily local (or local to Spain) ingredients, and the result are dishes with an unexpected combination of ingredients that are decidedly delicious.
Kabbalah is open for lunch five days a week and dinner three.
