Mallorca

Palma’s Old Town is a shoppers paradise—particularly for the shoe-obsessed. Espadrilles as well as leather sandals abound in shops along the cobblestoned pathways and wide boulevards. Another favorite souvenir is a bolt of traditional ikat-style printed textiles, or tablecloths, cushions or cosmetics bags fashioned from the brightly-hued cloths. There are also fabulous food and wine stores dotted around Mallorca, providing goods for sale such as Mallorcan sea salt, jamon iberico, Mallorquin cheese, almonds and wine… Making it very easy for visitors to quickly compile ingredients for an excellent picnic.
