Don’t expect to find any signs as you enter a nondescript parking garage at this address; simply find the elevator or climb six flights all the way to the rooftop. The trendy bar was once a rooftop parking lot in Bairro Alto, but in 2013, some wood furniture, a collection of potted plants, stunning city vistas and stiff cocktails turned it into a see-and-be-seen hotspot.
