Tunes Bar

The Conservatorium Hotel made a splash when it opened in 2012. But its bar, Tunes, is making its own kind of news. Popular with stylish locals, sharp-suited businessmen and canoodling couples, this sleek spot feels nothing like a typical hotel bar. There is a special menu dedicated entirely to gin & tonics (we recommend the cucumber variation). There is a light but delicious bar menu with such Asian-inspired fare as kobe style wagyu beef and various sushi and sashimi.
