At Urban Cacao, resident chocolatier Hans Mekking crafts each of his sweets as though it were a piece of art. Using only the highest quality ingredients—pistachios from Iran, almonds from Spain and so on—Mekking churns out craft chocolate bars (the blended caramel sea salt is a favorite), truffles and decadent desserts like the sinful mudcake brownie, which comes slathered in ganache and coated in milk chocolate.
