Opened by Soho House & Co hospitality ahead of The Soho House Amsterdam arrival (which is scheduled for early 2017), Lotti’s provides a dose of the private club’s signature cozy-cool aesthetic from its home in the Hoxton Hotel. The all-day restaurant encourages lounging, with plush couches, soft velvet sofas and ample outlets for those looking to camp out and work for a few hours. The main dining area, which features blue barstools, yellow chesterfield couches and a retractable glass roof, is a particularly lovely place to sample the restaurant’s seasonal Italian fare when the weather is nice. The best time to visit is for lunch and brunch, when Amsterdam’s hipster set flocks to the restaurant for eggs Benedict, sourdough pancakes, bacon macaroni and cheese and more.
