Girafe

Girafe, owned by the same people behind Loulou and Monsieur Bleu, is located within the Cité de l’Architecture and has a spectacular terrace with dramatic Eiffel Tower views. The seafood-heavy menu also serves pastas, which are a sleeper hit.

Note that if the terrrace is closed, meals here can be disappointing without that Eiffel Tower backdrop.
