Inspired by famed Parisian perfumer Jean-Vincent Bully who opened a boutique on the rue St-Honoré in 1803, Ramdane Touhami (formerly of Cire Troudan candles) has opened Buly 1803 on the Left Bank. The 19th-century apothecary vibe matches that of the vintage-style packaging of the heavenly scented soaps and beauty products.
