Restaurant Villa Vest, built into the cliffside, wows with sweeping North Sea views and simply elegant Scandi-aesthetic. Recently receiving its first Michelin star, the food may even be better than the view. Danish chef Anders Holm places seafood as the star, with locally sourced ingredients like fresh oysters, octopus and mussels. Holm often serves meat that he has personally raised. Dishes are accompanied by seasonal vegetables like asparagus and rhubarb in the summer months. The wine list is extensive, and the freshly baked bread is a highlight.
