The Faroe Islands has access to some of the world’s freshest seafood so it's not surprising that Etika, the nation’s only sushi restaurant, is a favorite of locals and visitors alike. Located in downtown Tórshavn, this is a great place to grab lunch or a light dinner. Etika even has a to-go section where patrons can take their sushi to the harbor just a few blocks away. There are dozens of menu items, but you can’t go wrong with the sashimi and tempura. Be sure to try Okkara, a local Faroese beer with your meal.
