Chef Rosio Sanchez, who served as the pastry chef for Noma, opened casual taco joint Hija de Sanchez to fill her personal need for Mexican food offerings in Copenhagen. The tiny outpost in the Meatpacking District was such a success, she was prompted to launch this full-fledged restaurant, which serves heartier dishes plus Mexican cocktails. The restaurant will be open only for dinner on Thursday through Sunday nights.
