Atop a former car auction house, Ostergo is a rooftop garden with a greenhouse, vegetable plots, beehives and an outdoor kitchen. Inside the greenhouse, guests can dine at the gourmet restaurant Spiseri, which serves a five-course menu of cuisine inspired by what is fresh at the urban farm. A meal there may include dishes such as Danish squid with garlic mayonnaise, buttermilk-poached pumpkin and grilled romaine salad with oysters.
