Nimb Brasserie

An airy and contemporary space looking out over Tivoli Gardens, the main restaurant at Nimb Hotel serves upscale seasonal French cuisine, specializing in seafood. Tones are black, white and gray throughout the space, with mirror accents, tall windows, and plants to liven up the space. In addition to the main dining room, there is a sunlit corridor that functions as a closed-off patio, plus an expansive outdoor patio in the park. Nimb serves breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch and has a strong focus on sustainability—its clam and mussel suppliers are MSC Certified for sustainable fishing. All bread is baked in-house and the dairy and eggs are organic. For those not staying at the hotel, it is conveniently located across from the main train station.
