Another one of Copenhagen's heavy hitters, Geranium has three Michelin stars, but is slightly easier to get into than other restaurants. Chef Rasmus Koefed focuses on creative, terroir-led Scandinavian cuisine that he serves in the bright and cozy eighth-floor dining room. The sweeping park views feel a bit like those from New York's Per Se. If you don't have time for the many-courses tasting menu dinner, go for lunch instead where a meal lasts around two to three hours. Dedicated foodies should not miss this restaurant.
