Occupying the second and third floors of a tiny building on the edge of Chinatown, Native feels like the sort of speakeasy you might find on NYC’s Lower East Side. The hip cocktail den, which has a spot on the World’s 50 Best Bars list, implements local ingredients (some herbs are even grown at the bar) in its drinks, including the signature beverage, Antz, which is made with locally foraged weaver ants. For less adventurous drinkers, opt for something like the Pineapple Arrack, which is a mixture of Ceylon Arrack, coconut, pineapple skin and Sri Lankan spices.
