7 Days: Essential French Riviera
Indagare can organize personal shopping, wine tastings and cooking classes that will enrich your experience of the French Riviera. Here is just one example of what our destination experts can create for you.
Day 1-3: Côte d'Azur
Explore the beautiful landscape and picturesque towns of the Côte d’Azur, including Nice, Cannes, Eze, St.-Paul-de-Vence and Antibes. The best way to soak up the glamorous region is to mix time at your hotel with visits to nearby sites, including the Picasso Museum; Fondation Maeght; lunch at La Colombe d’Or; and strolling the perched medieval villages’ vaulted narrow streets and shops. Don’t miss a day boating to the Lérins Islands and surrounding picturesque beach clubs.
Day 4: Scenic Riviera
Today, do the scenic village circuit, visiting Grasse, Le Bar-Sur-Loup, Gourdon and Tourettes-Sur-Loup in the morning. Outdoor enthusiasts also will enjoy some of France’s most spectacular parks nearby. Esterel National Park is the easiest to reach. Perched above Theoule-sur-mer and overlooking the spectacular stretch of red rock Esterel cliffs and secret turquoise inlets, the fragrant Mediterranean plants and flowers of every variety are well worth the uphill trek.
Day 5-7: St. Tropez
Drive or take a helicopter to St.Tropez, a modern jet-setter’s paradise. Attractions here include the picturesque central square; the Old Port where the mega-yachts moor; designer boutiques tucked into a maze of 16th-century streets; and the beaches of Pamplonne. Other nearby attractions include spectacular gardens, golf courses and top vineyards. With dozens of hotels catering to different styles and needs, let Indagare customize your accommodations and dining experiences.
Where To Stay
We only feature hotels that we can vouch for first-hand. At many of them, Indagare members receive special amenities, including upgrades, early check-in, breakfast, spa credits and more. Look for the Indagare Plus logo in the reviews.
