Designing Your Journey
Work with Indagare to design the perfect itinerary for an immersive journey. Our travel experts know the destination inside and out, and they can make recommendations based on your travel needs and preferences.
3 Days: Essential Mendoza
Mendoza’s best vineyards are scattered throughout the province, so it’s crucial to plan outings in advance. Here is just one example of what our destination experts can create for you.
Day 1
Upon arrival, stop at a local restaurant for lunch. Then, visit the Vines of Mendoza Tasting Room for a flight of local Malbecs, before heading south into wine country and checking-in to your hotel. Enjoy the afternoon at leisure and have dinner at Francis Mallmann’s classic 1884 Restaurante.
Day 2
Enjoy a morning hike in the Andes with an expert guide who knows where to look for condors and guanacos. After a picnic with glacier views, continue on to two Indagare-adored wineries in Luján de Cuyo. After a wine-pairing lunch, head back to your hotel for wine-inspired spa treatments. In the evening, enjoy dinner at a local favorite restaurant.
Day 3
Visit the Uco Valley on Mendoza’s southern frontier. Sisit the campus of his Clos de los Siete partnership to learn how French winemakers applied European techniques to Argentine terroir. Then, visit La Azul, the smallest winery in the area and have lunch at its homey restaurant. After dining, return to your hotel for dinner at Francis Mallmann’s Siete Fuegos.
Where To Stay
We only feature hotels that we can vouch for first-hand. At many of them, Indagare members receive special amenities, including upgrades, early check-in, breakfast, spa credits and more. Look for the Indagare Plus logo in the reviews.
