Indagare is always scouting for the newest best restaurants, classic spots and neighborhood gems that feel like a special find. Though the restaurant scene changes often, here is our current list of top tables in Dubai, for any occasion.
Top Tables: Lunch
Orfali Bros and Three Bros
Jumeirah
Three brothers from Aleppo run this contemporary Middle Eastern bistro at Wasl 51 in Jumeirah. Their playful plates draw on Syrian, Armenian and Turkish roots, and in 2026 it earned a second Michelin star. It books out well in advance. (For a more casual meal, the brothers' sister restaurant, THREE BROS, serves wood-fired flatbreads and small plates in the same complex.)
Sufret Maryam
Jumeirah
Palestinian chef Salam Dakkak serves Levantine cooking at Sufret Maryam in Jumeirah's Wasl 51 complex. The menu ranges from shish barak—meat dumplings in garlic-and-mint yogurt—to crisp okra with orange tahini, with grilled meats and stuffed vegetables for a more substantial meal.
3Fils
Jumeirah
A local favorite founded by two Emirati friends and a Singaporean chef, 3Fils serves inventive Asian-fusion dishes like the spicy tuna sando with Kaluga caviar and toro croquettes.
Gigi Rigolatto
Jumeirah
This restaurant at J1 Beach—a seafront complex with restaurants, a private beach, poolside areas and cabanas—serves Italian cuisine, including its signature salt-crusted branzino. Gigi Rigolatto is ideal for people-watching.
Em Sherif Café
Downtown Dubai
The Dubai outpost of the internationally acclaimed Em Sherif group serves an extensive menu of mezze and grilled dishes, with standout items including kibbeh nayeh and lamb shawarma. Executive chef Yasmina Hayek was named Middle East and North Africa's Best Female Chef 2025.
Top Tables: Dinner
FZN by Björn Frantzén
Palm Jumeirah
At Atlantis, The Palm, FZN by Björn Frantzén serves a tasting menu that combines Nordic cooking with Japanese influences. Frantzén's signature savory French toast is among the popular dishes, and the 27-seat dining room faces an open kitchen.
Stay
Palm Jumeirah
Stay Restaurant by Yannick Alleno is set in a stylish dining room at One&Only The Palm, with seasonal menus exhibiting the chef's French roots and a plethora of seafood options.
Tresind Studio
Palm Jumeirah
Chef Himanshu Saini takes Indian cooking in unexpected directions at Tresind Studio. His tasting menu includes goat-cheese tortellini served with slow-cooked lamb curry (and a separate vegetarian menu replaces the lamb with turnip). The open kitchen faces the small dining room, which allows for a front-row view of the preparation of these elaborate meals.
Il Ristorante - Niko Romito
Jumeirah
At Bvlgari Resort Dubai, resident chef Giacomo Amicucci prepares Niko Romito's Italian menus, with à la carte dishes and several tasting options at Il Ristorante. Gulf-facing windows and upholstered banquettes give the dining room a comfortable setting for a special-occasion dinner.
Kinoya
The Greens
Kinoya, chef Neha Mishra's casual Japanese restaurant, is the place to head for ramen, with options including shoyu, miso and wontonmen. There's plenty beyond noodles, including omurice, the Japanese rice-and-omelet dish, and tempura.
Berenjak
Al Wasl
For a taste of Tehran in Dubai, head to Berenjak. Expect Persian classics like charcoal-grilled kebabs and Persian mezze.
Top Tables: For the Views
At.mosphere
Downtown Dubai
On the 122nd floor of the Burj Khalifa, At.mosphere has both a fine dining restaurant and a more casual lounge. The former books out early, and window seats require a high minimum amount per person for dinner. The minimum is lower at the lounge, where guests can enjoy small bites and cocktails with similar views.
Cé La Vi
Downtown Dubai
Cé La Vi sits on the 54th floor of Address Sky View, with head-on views of the Burj Khalifa. The scene here may have cooled since its heyday, but the panorama hasn't. Come for a sunset drink rather than a full dinner.
High Society
Business Bay
High Society is a fabulous rooftop restaurant from Jean Imbert on the 30th floor of The Lana, offering sweeping views of Dubai's skyline, including the Burj Khalifa.
Pierchic
Madinat Jumeirah
On a wooden pier in front of the Al Qasr complex at Madinat Jumeirah, Pierchic serves delicious seafood with a spectacular backdrop: one of Dubai's best vantage points for photos of the Burj Al Arab.
