The Banyan Tree Mayakoba was lovely, and we thought the food at all of the restaurants was delicious. Our favorite restaurant was Saffron, the hotel’s Thai restaurant. It was very adult, but even the kids loved the food. One night we did a private dinner on the beach, which was wonderful as well. The service, especially that night, was exceptional.
