Swedish Hill Bakery—owned by MML hospitality group (behind Clark's, Las Montañas and the recently purchased Mountain Chalet)—took over the restaurant at the Art Museum and is a super fun spot with great views overlooking Aspen to grab breakfast, lunch, coffee, etc. Also, you can rent the space out for events.
