A gorgeous foodie-adored restaurant in Tokyo, Florilège is helmed by chef Hiroyasu Kawate who previously worked at one of Tokyo’s most acclaimed restaurants, Quintessence. The 22-seat restaurant has a concrete, u-shaped bar and private dining room, where patrons enjoy expertly crafted set menus of Japanese-inspired French cuisine (lunch is six courses, dinner is 11). For a special night out, it doesn’t get much better than Florilège.
