Their James Beard-nominated chef, being an East End native, has wonderful relationships with the local fishermen and farmers that enable him to utilize local products and therefore create a sustainable kitchen. The tuna and scallop crudos are light and flavorful, the tuna steak is their chef’s signature dish, and the tagliatelle is not to be missed. The menu is innovative and delicious and paired with a relaxing ambience and sense of place. Amid the softly glowing light of the pool, twinkling lights overhead, and yachts docked at the marina, you feel at ease and right at home.
