Building on their successful franchises of the same name in Rome, Florence, New York City and many more, the owners of Obicà have brought their mozzarella bar to Milan. Glass, wood, steel and iron define the minimal space. The menu focuses on mozzarella, flown in daily from Campania, south of Naples. The heavenly white balls are paired with condiments, salads and sandwiches, which are served for lunch, dinner and pre- and post-theater snacks. Obicà is in walking distance to the Duomo.
