Hotel La Palma Capri

39 Via Vittorio Emanuele, Capri 80073

The jet-set isle of Capri’s very first hotel—built in 1822, just steps from the iconic Piazzetta—has been revitalized for the 21st century under the expert care of the Oetker Collection (the brand behind such stellar properties as Le Bristol, Jumby Bay, Eden Rock-St Barths and Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc). With interiors by local fixtures Francis Sultana and Francesco Delogu, and 50 keys (each unlocking its own balcony or terrace), a rooftop restaurant and bar (under the direction of chef Gennaro Esposito, of the two-Michelin-starred Torre del Saracino), a private beach club and pool deck, a spa and a selection of high-fashion boutiques, Hotel La Palma is poised to once again become the elegant, exclusive hub that, in its golden age, used to attract poets, artists and quaintrelles.

“Oetker’s Hotel La Palma has been the most anticipated opening for years, bringing new luxury to Capri,” says Indagare’s Sarah Minges. “This will be a new place to see and be seen.”
