Bodrum’s best restaurants are spread around the peninsula, mostly concentrated in GölTürkbüku, Yalikavak and Bodrum town. During the summer months, reservations are a must, as is a stylish wardrobe and a chauffer to navigate the windy roads back to the hotels after long, wine-filled evenings. Unlike in certain other European summer hot spots (St. Tropez, I’m looking at you), the food almost everywhere is quite good.
