Cusco

The nouvelle-Peruvian food craze is going strong in Cusco, with excellent dining around the city. The MAP Café, the Monasterio’s Illariy, Limo, and La Chola, in the Casa Cartagena, are now the hands-down top choices in town for excellent food. Among the more casual spots with very good food are Cicciolina, Incanto, the Inka Grill and Jack’s Café. You will notice that many restaurants offer vegetarian menus, including the Inka Grill and Granja Heidi.
