Like many of our favorite features, Indagare's Insider Journeys grew out of an inspired exchange between our founder and members. These carefully scouted journeys always include insider access and exciting immersion in far-flung destinations to offer members a rich and rewarding way to explore the world. As space is extremely limited, spots are first offered to alumni of previous Insider Journeys, followed by connoisseur members.

What is an Insider Journey?

An Insider Journey is a well mapped-out trip that has been vetted and planned by Indagare founder, Melissa Biggs Bradley. Led by a renowned host, the itineraries include a blend of destination highlights with behind-the-scenes access and introductions to local insiders.

What makes these journeys special?

Thanks to the intimate size of the journey and our expert guides, these trips entail much more than just sightseeing–each day is designed to offer maximum immersion in the destination’s history and culture. Plus, every itinerary includes special additions such as private trunk shows, chef’s table dining, curator-led tours and other unique experiences not available to the regular traveler.

Who gets invited?

Initial invitations are extended to alumni of past Insider Journeys and then to our Tier 1 members. If spots remain, they are offered to the Tier 2 and Tier 3 members of our community. Most journeys book up immediately, please contact our team at membership@indagare.com to inquire about availability.

Can I recreate an Insider Journey?

Absolutely! Most Insider Journeys can be customized for a large family and/or a group of friends, though some of the itinerary inclusions may vary depending on the availability of our specialists and local sources. Contact our bookings team to help you get started.

We have organized journeys to Morocco, Turkey, Mexico’s Riviera Maya, India, Nicaragua, Brazil, Russia, Jordan, Cuba and Myanmar, as well as spa trips to California, Arizona and Mexico. Some upcoming journeys include Botswana, France, Egypt, Iceland and Peru.
